Absolutely fantastic nursery — my son attended from age 1 right through to almost 5 and was cared for exceptionally well in all rooms. The staff are all phenomenal and so caring, and the activities are so well thought out and engaging. My son breezed into Primary School after a wonderful near-4 years here. Our daughter now attends and the level of care, support and attention is still amazing — we couldn't be happier!

My little boy started in the baby room around 17 months and his confidence has grown so much — now in the toddler room, he's come out of his shell massively. The staff are amazing with him and have really helped his development. He loves going in, which is lovely to see!
My daughter has a disability and they've been so accommodating and welcoming since she started. My son joined shortly after and has been equally well cared for. All the staff are highly trained, kind and attentive — they treat the children like their own. I cannot recommend First Chapter enough.
My son is being assessed for autism and the staff have supported both of us in so many ways — getting the right connections in place and an early education plan to support him. He has many sensory needs, and even the owner has helped him feel included. His speech is coming along beautifully. I wouldn't have him anywhere else.

Could not recommend this nursery enough. My daughter has attended since she was 10 months old and is now in her last few months before reception. The staff are brilliant and genuinely care for the children and their development.
