Thank you nursery for everything you have done for me over the last 3 and a half years! You have helped me from a baby and helped me learn to walk and talk as well as getting me ready for big school! You really are a second family to me and I will be forever grateful for you all! I can't wait to visit again soon!!!

First Chapter has been an incredible setting where both my children have thrived over the last few years. The staff, and Becky the manager in particular, have created a community feel where every single child and parent feel involved in what's going on at the setting. Not only has my eldest made some lovely friendships that he's continued since started school, but I myself have made some lovely friendships through meeting other parents whose children attend as well as now counting many of the staff members as friends too. The care each person provides has been second to none. The activities are fun and stimulating and nothing is too much trouble when it comes to providing a home from home experience. I cannot fault the security, normality and care they've given, in particular during the pandemic which has been a difficult period for so many little ones. Thank you First Chapter, I'm so glad we chose you to help raise our boys. I can't wait to visit again soon!!!

Thank you so much for these wonderful memories & thank you so much for all the love, care, time & effort that you have put into my little human. It is so humbling to know, & to see with my own eyes, how much every single one of you truly cares for my boy (& all the other little humans at First Chapter). As a teacher myself, I won’t lie my standards were very high when selecting my boys Nursery but I can honestly say that the decision to bring him to First Chapter has proved beyond fruitful. You are all outstanding & Quinn has been truly blessed to have you as his key workers. Thank you, thank you, thank you

I cannot recommend First Chapter highly enough. I found it really hard returning to work and putting my son in nursery but I can very confidently say that the nursery have brought on his development so much. I even felt that they understood what I was feeling about separating from him and felt that this was considered throughout the early months of leaving him- no question or query was ever too much for the manager or room leader. Shortly after attending he was showing more and more new skills. The staff go above and beyond to reassure us and we feel our son is truly loved there which is so important to me! We look forward to our youngest starting with them. They offer fantastic activities and I enjoy seeing the pictures on their app each day. We are so grateful to all of the wonderful staff at nursery for all that they do. Our son absolutely loves going there. Communication is exceptional.
